 Delivery Times: Shipping times will align with Australia Post's standard and express delivery schedules, ensuring reliable service. Delivery times may vary depending on lodgement and destination points.

     Express Delivery: Within Australia generally takes 1-3 business days.

     Standard Delivery: Within Australia generally takes 2-6 business days. 

 Parcel Tracking: To track your parcel, use either the Australia Post website or the Australia Post mobile app.

 Orders Under $50: For orders under $50, standard or express shipping charges will apply. These charges are based on the weight of your order and are calculated according to Australia Post’s rates.

 Payments: All payments will be processed in AUD (Australian Dollars).

 Delivery Address: Parcels will be delivered to the address provided for delivery.

 Delivery Issues:

      Any delivery-related issues will be taken up with Australia Post and may take time to resolve at their end.

      If an item is marked as delivered by Australia Post but the customer has not received it, the matter must be raised directly by the customer with Australia Post.
