Refund policy
At Funrah, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer the following return and refund policy:
1. General Conditions for All Returns
Eligibility for Return: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the item.
Refund mode: You will be refunded through the same payment method that you used to make the purchase.
Shipping Costs:
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective.
Funrah is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.
Full Item Return
If the customer wishes to return the entire order:
Contact us with your order details and reason for return.
Once the return is approved, ship the item back to our provided return address.
Upon inspection and approval of the returned item, a full refund for the item’s purchase price will be issued (excluding original shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect).
Partial Item Return
If the customer wants to return one or more items from a multi-item order.
Follow the same steps as a full item return.
Refunds will be issued only for the returned items after inspection.
If the original order qualified for free shipping and the return reduces the order total below the free shipping threshold, the original shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.
Defective Items
Notify us immediately with your order details and evidence of the defect (e.g., photos).
Upon verification of the defect:
A replacement will be sent at no additional cost, OR
A full refund will be issued, including any shipping fees paid for the defective item.
Funrah will cover the cost of return shipping for defective items. Please retain the receipt for the returned item postage.
Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than defects (e.g., change of mind, incorrect size), the following conditions apply:

Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Refund amounts may be adjusted in the following cases:
Items returned in unacceptable condition may not qualify for any refund.
Funrah reserves the right to determine the value of a refund based on the condition of the returned product.
Reduction of order value below the free shipping threshold (if applicable).
Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items, such as final sale products may not be eligible for return. This will be clearly stated on the product page.
How to Initiate a Return or Refund
1. Contact our customer support team via support@funrah.com with your order details and reason for return.
2. If approved, we will provide return instructions, including the return address.
3. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
